I can now hold a conversation within programs with much greater ease than I ever thought possible. CAT is a place where growth is encouraged, and our team continues to create opportunities for participants to evolve and transform.

But what is most important to me about my time with CAT is not our growth or even the respect we hold in the community. It is the privilege of being a part of something that truly changes people’s lives. I am certain that what we do make a difference and matters.
