Catching Up With CAT: Thrive Outside Summit

Hi everyone, and welcome to this week’s Catching Up with CAT, brought to you by Lux!

The highlight of the last week for me was the Thrive Outside Summit.

There’s something special about being surrounded by people who share the same passion for expanding access to the outdoors and creating more inclusive outdoor spaces for our communities. Even better is the opportunity to connect with them to exchange ideas, share stories, and collaborate on ways to make a lasting impact.

That’s exactly what I experienced at the Thrive Outside Summit on Saturday. It was an inspiring day filled with brainstorming, learning, and connection. I had the chance to catch up with so many familiar faces who continue to do incredible work, and I also met a number of new, amazing individuals who are just as dedicated to this mission.

Events like these remind me how powerful community can be when we come together with a shared purpose. I left the summit feeling inspired, motivated, and grateful to be part of this.
